Volunteers are our most valuable asset! Family Renew Community relies heavily on volunteers to accomplish its mission and keep costs low. Whether you are looking for a leadership role or a rewarding way to spend some spare time, there’s a place for you.
Opportunities are available in our fundraising thrift store in Ormond Beach (The Secret Attic). We also need volunteers to plan and pull off successful fundraising events from time to time during the year.

Thrift Store Team
Family Renew Community’s Secret Attic Thrift Store, 32 N. Ocean Shore Blvd., Ormond Beach, needs cashiers, merchandise handlers and sales floor assistants for half-day and full-day shifts.
Special Event Team
Help us plan and put on fundraising events. We need volunteers for marketing, food and beverages, silent auction, decorations and setup, cleanup, soliciting sponsorships and more.
Do you have a group looking for a service project?
Family Renew Community welcomes group service projects on its residential campuses in Holly Hill, Daytona Beach and DeLand.
The following offsite projects also are encouraged for groups who want to help:
Family Renew Community encourages groups to conduct collection drives for personal care items, household supplies and nonperishable food to help our resident homeless families stretch their budgets while saving up for their move to permanent housing of their own.
Family Renew Community encourages fundraising events by outside groups to benefit our mission of providing safe, stable housing for homeless families with children and equipping them with tools for self-sufficiency.
